A favorite Persian side dish, that goes with practically any meal.
Ingredients:
cucumber
onion
tomatoes
salt/pepper
lemon juice
dry mint
Directions:
I used 1 cucumber, half a large onion, and 4 tomatoes to make a small bowl that would feed 5 people. I chopped them all up into small pieces, then added salt and pepper for taste. Finally, I added dry mint flakes and then a good amount of lemon juice.
